Hill- Fully restored! This was the owners pride and joy! He restored it by rebuilding the engine and replacing many other parts....from a parts tractor.Later on, lot #19 we are selling a bunch of CUB parts.....all together! This is an accumulation of still useable parts that were cannabilized and stored for later use! Note the attention to detail and the fresh paint on most parts. Starts right up and will drive home or load onto your trailer! Has Brand new tires both F and R. Adjustable front end. Serial number is 25753 1808. Has an original 6v system. Battery is included.

Hill- Sickle mower is included! Since it was his primary field mower we figured....why take it off?! Serial # FBH 369348. Should be a 1951 by my estimates. Starts right up. Will drive onto your trailer! Extra sickle mower blades are for sale in one of the barns....keep your eyes peeled! Has a side pulley. BYOB....bring your own battery. Needs a 12v.

Hill- If you will notice the moniker on the hood,.....this is Rosey! She is all dressed and ready for winter plowing! He used this one as his winter get around tractor. Handy plow and chains got him up the hills and able to clear driveways. When we arrived to start cataloging....she fired right up! Her 6v battery is working, comes with it. She will drive right onto your trailer. Tires are in good shape and all hold air. Serial # is 2838. This is not a "row" tractor as this is not an adjustable front end.

Hill- This is your new Summer Estate tractor! He used this primarily for mowing and summer activities. When we started to catalog, the family started it right up for pictures! Imagine.....after a year.....to start it right up with minimal adjustments! Its 12 v converted system. Battery is included. These 4 cyl. Engines are reliable! Serial number is 13305J. This is a row tractor, means it has an adjustable front end. Everything works on it. Tires are up and ready to roll! Will load right onto your trailer or drive home.

TB- Will start with a new battery and starting fluid! This started a year ago with that help. Has not been used for this long. NOTE.......the backhoe hydraulics need repair. Not working right now. The front loader hydraulic system works. I have found several extra parts around the ranch that you could use. Have put them with this loader for you. Bid to win it and the extra parts will be here! Bring a 12 v. Battery and some starting fluid to attempt starting or be prepared to load it as is onto your trailer.

TS- This tractor starts up and runs. Has a 12v garden size battery. Hydraulic drive is affected and you will have trouble driving onto trailer. Need a couple of helpers to push, or a winch. Minimal restoration needed after the drive train is addressed.

NON working IH Cub Cadet This is a parts tractor.  Buyer will need to trailer and come prepared with winch.

TC- This has a title. Has been kept up well over the years. Good tires, hold air. Trailer it home!! Doors/gates work well. Look at the new floor! From front to back!! Lights are on it, did not test working order. Recently registered. Good spare. Recent front window repair. Think it is a 16 footer

G- This is an old school electric piano! It is probably from the 60s!!

TB- Ready to roll, this bed has no lights and it has a topper that is weatherproof! The liner is an additional bonus! The hitch is new and is a 2 in ball. The tire is NOT connected and will need to ride in the bed, on the way home! The tires are ok, the let one needs air. Bring a portable compressor to fill it, if you win it! The H post/support is 8 ft high and 12 ft wide. There is about 4 ft of pipe that goes into the ground, making it 12 feet wide and 8 ft high. Be prepared for the drive home!! The other 2 are gate pcs. They are as indicated on the lot cards. There is some rust on one bar, needs replacing or repair. It is pictured. Bring help to load.

Hill- used. Old, Take what you want. I counted 5 that were in useable shape. They are about 40 ft long. Good for buildings pole barn or small out building. The shorter ones I did not count....but you can have them as well. When you get here, there is another in the pasture. If you bring a rope or chain long enuf, you can drag it out of field, under the fence. You are welcome to that one as well. You Will be able to access either field to get these. The shorter one is 8 feet long. It is 6 inches. There are pieces of rebar in here. There are good, solid, heavy duty pieces of angle iron, and some PVC pipe. the pipe rack is yours as well. Please come with equipment to unload this. We could not do it with just us. Thats why you are getting the heaviest items and the heavy pipe rack. Bring a skid steer truck or tractor and some help.

TS & TC-I think I need to explain this one to you. There are two different size canopies that were removed from the side of different buildings, it was a smoking area. One canopy roof is about 5"˜ x 15"˜ and weighs about 80 pounds or more and the other one is 12"˜ x 12 foot and it weighs easily 400 pounds. You get all the steel supports that are pictured. I have looked at it several different ways to see which one goes with which BUT....cannot figure it out! If you see the pipe rack in photo, it is NOT INCLUDED,NOT PART OF AWNING LOT.....So, you are bidding on BOTH of them! Look at all of the pictures. If you need a special appt. To visit, call me. Then you can measure them and put a plan together for your rebuild! You will never be able to buy the materials for this in the real world....that is why you are bidding on it at auction!!
