Everything sells to the highest bidder with NO reserves and NO sales tax, and it all starts at only $3.00 per lot. This is a local pickup preferred sale; however, fast and affordable in-house shipping is available for the “smalls.”

·       NO ACCOMMODATIONS! We have scheduled pick up times for a reason. This building has been sold, and it HAS to be vacated following our scheduled pick up days/times!!!!

·       Soft closing and extended bidding features (not all lots close at the same time, and bidding can be extended, so please watch the end of the auction closely and refresh your screen regularly).

·       The card you used to register is NOT on file, this is a secure site, so be prepared to pay at pickup.

·       NO personal or business checks accepted.

·       WE WILL NOT BREAK OUT BACKS TO LOAD OR PACK YOUR ITEMS, WE WILL CHARGE YOU TO ASSIST YOU – SO BRING A FRIEND, A DOLLY, SOME MUSCLE, OR SOME CASH. We will NOT have the staff available to help carry or load your items, so come prepared.
