This
gentleman was a lifelong resident of Augusta KS and well-known as well! He was
in the Navy and traveled from port to port! I’m sure many of his artifacts in
here were from liberty calls! His inventive spirit is well evident in the collection
and the handiwork you will get to bid on! His knife collection is extensive and
was displayed proudly, his upstairs workshop is quite extensive as well as the
garage! Everything is so neat and orderly, you can be assured it was in great
condition! This is a pet friendly, non-smoking home. Please take your time and
scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO
Reserve and NO Sales Tax. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested
unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might
need, bring your own boxes and packing material, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If
you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be
available, so bring helpers. Not just one, but two. If you buy a lot, we will
show you to your items and then you will have to remove them. Only some items
were bagged and tagged unlike many auctions that I do. This is a 3 level home,
so your helpers will have to be able to transgress stairs and lift items. Do
not bring your crippled husband or your weak wife! We will be too busy
directing traffic to be able to help you, but if we do find a moment to help,
tips are accepted and appreciated.
