This property has been in the family for over 100 years! There is a John Deere 4440 Tractor and a John Deere 7700 Turbo Combine that have been garage kept. There is a metal turret lathe, tools, antiques and collectibles, a pedal tractor, multiple farm implements, two Farmall Tractors, a Ford 8000 Tractor, metal cabinets full of brand-new hardware, a 30-06 army gun, John Deere zero turn mower, Polaris 4 wheeler, a small utility trailer, general household goods, and so much more! Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder! Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.

PLEASE NOTE:
We will NOT have a loader on site! Bring your own chainsaw, loader, or any other equipment you might need to load your items out! If you can’t get everything out in the two scheduled loadout days, that is fine. We are doing two auctions from this address so we will be able to accommodate if needed. All gun buyers must pick up in person. Buyers must be current residents of the state of Kansas, have a valid Kansas Issued ID, be 21 years of age or older, and maintain all of their 2nd Amendment Rights. We will not ship guns and ammo.
