First Auction out of the gate for the New Year by Rayl’s Attic is a good one with 300+/- lots with everything from antiques, collectibles, misc. hunt and fish, nice clean furniture plus a garage and shop full of tools, tools, tools including multiple welders and more!  We’ve only got (1) one Reserve in the house on the Miller Welder and the Seller is reasonable so we fully expect it to sell.  Everything else will sell regardless of price with NO Reserve.  This is a true estate auction so NO Sales Tax will be charged.  PLEASE NOTE:  Pickup Times are Absolute and NO Shipping or Accommodations are available for this sale.  Please PAY AT TIME OF PICKUP and PLEASE MAKE THE PRESCRIBED PICKUP TIMES following the Auction.  The home must be cleared out as soon as possible and ready for the rental market.
