This Family was well known in the Manhattan Ks. community for many years. They collected many great things on Travels and different conventions while working in the AG Dept at Kansas State. They have a large collection in this Estate including Athens Bedroom Furniture, Thomasville Bedroom Furniture, Ranch Oak Furniture, Fenton Items, Horse Riding Equipment, Sterling Necklace, Signed Dino Cornay Art, Vintage Books, Large Collection of Roosters, Patio Table with Chairs, Snapper Battery Mower 21in, Yard and Lawn Tools, Kansas State Collectables.
Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO Reserve and NO Sales Tax. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available. We will not break our backs to load or pack your items, we will charge you to assist you – so bring a friend, a dolly, or some cash!

PLEASE NOTE:
Bring Plenty of help for load out. There will be no help available. So bring what you need to pack boxes paper and loading help. The Driveway is a gravel drive and is 3/4 of a mile long there should be plenty of room to get two cars by but just be careful of others.

We offer shipping on SMALLS, no large items, or framed art. If you choose to work with a freight company or delivery company for your winnings, please let us know so that we can work with them.
