HIGHLIGHTS/AUCTIONEERS NOTES:
A carpenter's carpenter has passed away. He was a regionally known craftsman/carpenter/cabinet maker who was sought after for his skills. He would create rooms, restaurant fixtures, kitchens, cabinets, or even a whole bar! He had the tools to back that up! His family asked us to show you his tools of the trade. Some are small, some are huge! Appointments can be made to see specific power tools. This is a small but quick auction, so don’t blink! Replace, re-inventory, fill those hardware bins, or get that extra drill you need for truck number two! Maybe you need to add shelving, table saws, or a rolling shelf!? Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.

PLEASE NOTE:
This home was under remodel at the time of his passing. Cats from the “hood" moved in shortly after that. The house has been cleaned yet still exhibits that trait. Items marked H, LR, K (House, Kitchen, Living Room) that are wood or fibrous in nature may have that odor until removed and cleaned. Don't worry, that only affects a small portion (3%) of what we have overall. The shop and tools are not subject to smells. Two other consignors’ items are trailered in spring, fresh for pickup that day.

If your invoice is larger than $1,000, a wire transfer or cash is required
Checks taken by prior approval only.
Should you use a personal or cashier check,
you can remove your items once the check clears
