• Hold yourself accountable and be respectful.  NO ACCOMMODATIONS! We have scheduled pick up times for a reason.
• Soft closing and extended bidding features (not all lots close at the same time, and bidding can be extended so please watch the end of auction closely and refresh your screen at times)
• The card you used to register is NOT on file, this is a secure site so be prepared to pay at pickup
• NO personal or business checks accepted
• We offer shipping on SMALLS, no large items, or framed art, if you choose to work with a freight company or delivery company for your winnings please let us know so we can work with them.
• WE WILL NOT BREAK OUR BACKS TO LOAD OR PACK YOUR ITEMS, WE WILL CHARGE YOU TO ASSIST YOU-----SO BRING A FRIEND, A DOLLY, SOME MUSCLE, OR SOME CASH
