HIGHLIGHTS/AUCTIONEERS NOTES:

We have something for everyone! Two RVs, most of an old square body pickup, a few guns, quite a number of collectible coins (and a few rare ones too!), a lawn mower, antique furniture, outdoor items, some stained glass, stamps, general antiques and collectibles, and a good assortment of general household goods and items. Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. We only have a single reasonable reserve in the auction. Everything else sells to the highest bidder with NO Reserves and NO Sales Tax. For all vehicles, it will be buyers' responsibility to pay sales tax and registration in their county of residence upon taking possession. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.

PLEASE NOTE:
This auction has 400+ lots of goodies! This is a hoarder cleanout and the property was extremely pet friendly, so bring your hazmat suit... Just kidding, but I would definitely recommend wearing gloves, masks, and disposable booties (not provided) if you plan on going in the house during pickup. This is a TWO DAY PICKUP and ALL merchandise has to be out before 5:00pm on Saturday. There will be no accommodations, but we will offer limited shipping (jewelry and coins ONLY). All gun buyers must pick up in person. Buyer’s must be current residents of the state of Kansas, have a valid Kansas Issued ID, be 21 years of age or older, and maintain all of their 2nd Amendment Rights. We will not ship guns and ammo.
